Got 42 k from mine..the tooth wear looked good..but first morning at sturgis I started the bike, dropped into gear and the belt shot out the back of the bike, thinking I picked up a rock, better to replace them at your convenience then on the side of the road, imo

unless there is damage, believe the belt is designed for 100k++++. watch for rocks kicked up on top of the belt that lodge between the belt and pulley and misalignment.

Over 85K, all original except right rear wheel bearing. I say over 85K because I took my speedometer off over year and a half ago at 81K

I've replaced my belt once because I had a couple of rock holes through the belt. Rode several years with a hole dead center of the belt. Finally replaced the belt after I picked up a rock on the edge. 30,000 miles on the pulley, still looks good

6000? On your pulley? WTF you doing to that thing?

I picked up a rock in my pulley it actually bent the outer lip a bit, I've sense put on another 10K on that pulley but it squeaks, it's the non-Teflon coated

65,000+ on the belt (still going strong) and about 50,000 on the pulley before replacement. But there were some oil leaks on the transmission side and the belt/pulley was always dirty, so apparently the oil/grit produced a lot of wear. Got the leaks resolved and now keep the belt clean.
Here's a pic of the narrow teeth on the original pulley.
