BIKE WAS RUNNING BAD FOULING PLUGS BAD CARBON FROM EXHAUST
REPLACED CARB, LINED TANK, CHANGED PLUGS SHE STARTED RITE UP
RAN GREAT AT IDLE TOOK TEST RIDE GOT ABOUT 2 CITY BLOCKS
STARTED TO RuN LIKE CRAP SAME AS BEFORE BRAND NEW PLUGS FOULD OUT
MISS FIRING BAD it has a ehc bd4030-1b that I was told was the problem
which I cant find any ideas on a replacement or what else to look at would help

That's most likely not your problem.

What year is this bike? Sounds like a timing issue.

I believe that EHC corresponds to a 2003. You need to check your cam sensor in the nose cone. If your running good at idle but crappy at RPM sounds like you might have your timing off or a bad ignition setup. If you pull off the nose cone what's under There? Cause we don't know if that's been replaced or still the OEM cam sensor with the thunderheart module

thanks it is a 2003 mastiff
and it only ran good on warm up before the test drive
then fouled the plugs and blew a lot of carbon and ran lik crap

What carb did you put on it?

What jets are in it?

Does it have an air bleed jet?

Did you use the S&S procedure to adjust you're new carb

What exhaust are you running?

Are you're intake gaskets all good?

Also like Eric posted what ignition and coil are you running?

Post some pics of the ignition and carb set up if you can.

Just for shits n giggles, replace the two rubber caps on top of the carb. They will dryrot and crack. Silicon caps can be had @ auto parts store. Silicone will hold up to the heat better. jm .02

new s&s super g carb exhaust is thunder heart will check jetting need to find new replacement fir ignition module ,ehc and coil but having no luck was told hi 4 but that's all
