Great to hear, their PDF is a great place to start, and though some will say .033 is too big, no 2 are alike because of tolerances:old2:

I watched S&S's carb tuning videos and when they were tuning the air fuel screw clockwise the idle sped up and when I put the.033 intermediate jet in it was the first time that it sped up when I turned it clockwise. That told me right then that I had the right jet because it never sped up before when I would turn the air fuel screw clockwise. I will do some more riding today and put it through some more tests I might even benefit from a .034 but time will tell. You are absolutely right about the fact that every bike is different on there own then you have to factor in all of the modifications that have been done to the bike. Do you have a preference in spark plugs I know that Curtis sells Champion, NGK Iridium and E3. I have tried the NGK Iridiums and no I am trying the E3 plugs they have done a lot of testing and they give you the most complete burn in the combustion chamber. Their are supposed to give you more hp and better fuel mileage.

I have run the Champions for 18K miles I have on mine and never had any problems, and for the cost of them, I just throw a new set in each year before riding.

Why? Cause they cost more? I never had a Champion fail, and all you need is a spark, unless you think a spark is different then a spark. Even if its a big spark, its still a spark and it will ignite the gasses just like a little spark. Its not like the gasses will say I'm not going to ignite cause your just a little spark. I refuse to ignite until I see a big spark.:oldrant::crazybitch::oldlaugh:

I know that a spark is all that you need but E3 has a lot of data behind their spark plugs. I know that all companies hype their products but E3 has a lot of scientific studies behind their product.
