163 days till the event. June 23rd to the 25th, 2017 There are a few things we need to go over, and this is the thread to get all the info you need. So please don't trash it with excessive posting so everybody can find this stuff easily. I'll bump it each day so the new guys can find it. At this point there are 23 rooms left. Each room has two double beds. All these rooms need to be booked or the rate will go up. They are shutting the whole place down just for us. If we exceed this, they have another building, that we can put more in, it's just more expensive. After you register, you can pick up your goodie bag from our registration table, and you will need to fill out the waver sheet for Tim. The tent and tables would be $2400. If we exceed their room capacity, we'll order the tent, and take up a collection to cover it. Remember, we are way out in the boondocks. Plan accordingly for fuel. Do you researcher before hand. Make sure your there early, to line up for the bike show and get to met each other. We'll kick this off about 5pm, and the small details will be announced then. Breakfast buffet, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Friday and Saturday evenings, I believe is BBQ buffet. I need to recheck that. What ever it is, just eat it, and be glad you have anything.
