Backfiring after a fluid change?

I just posted this on the other Big Dog board but I thought I would ask it here also...

Took my 06 K-9 in for a fluid change today. They changed the fluids and changed the air cleaner filter and I asked that they check the plugs as I've noticed that it will seem to bog down sometimes as I'm crusin' on the highway.
Well after I left the dealership, American Cycle Mart in Waterford, Mi, I noticed upon de-acceleration much more popping than usual. Infact every time I seem to let up off the gas at all popping starts.
Is it running to rich now and gas is making it to the pipes?

Hey I'm not much of a mechanic here so I thought I would ask the pros....

Feel free to call me if need be...

But it sounds like you just need to adjust the idle/mixture and accell pump.

Pipes

Pipes have been on for months and no backfiring!

Stealership said that when I brought it in that the place where I had the 500 mi check must have put the wrong air filter on BUT it was running fine after that.
I think that the place where I just had work done played with my carb settings when I requested them to check the plugs because of lagging down on the expressway.
