My options :

- Autocluth. High price and complicate for installation outside of eeuu
- Baker
- bandit kit - i think the most reasonanle solution , price arround 599$

Thanks for yours comments.

Auto clutch is a pita to install and setup properly, also imo kinda lame it takes part of the fun out of riding, never heard any complaints from the stock clutch, call baker directly and get one

It’s a dry clutch used with an open primary. It’s either engaged or disengaged. No slipping it. Also it has ball bearings that press on the clutch plates so the harder you ask the clutch plates to grab while accelerating the harder they bite through centrifugal force. Clutch springs can only handle so much hP before they allow slippage. With the lock up centrifugal, that issue disappear’s.

It is a BDL clutch Franco and fits pre 2005 models if I'm not mistaken.

Paul.
Alright... so no good for 06 and up models, the BDL that is. I've seen Bandit also provides something similar, and they do fit 06 and up models.

That is incorrect, BDL makes a lock up for a right and left side baker 6 speed so all bigdogs are compatible. But Franco would have to go to an open primary

Not sur e if he was wrong. does anyone know if there was 2 different sizes not sure whats the deal it brand new well it got installed but never used if it works for you you can have it for 150.

I have a EFM auto clutch, but I also have a karata open primary - it was no harder that any other clutch to install and the owner I think JIM was very helpful. I stalled at around 25000 miles and now have over 42000 and still works great and very easy on the hands. at the time he gave a $50.00 discount to veterans and it comes with a lifetime warranty031.JPG
