Getting parts ready to send out to chrome. The controls were a bitch to disassemble. Lot of tiny parts and I took many pictures along the way. I wanted to remove all the soft goods from the controls before sending them out for chroming.
Hope to get these sent out this week waiting on a quote from sport chrome before I ship.
Getting the triple trees, motor mount and lower controls chromed.
Also have some more powder coating to get done.
The build is slow and I am trying not to hurry it together. $ is tight so I am doing it in chunks.

Do you know if he posted it on here?
I know it can be done I am worried that once I torque the motor it may crack the chrome and could cause the motor to misalign.
Haven’t heard from Mark in along time I would be interested to hear on how it’s holding up?

I agree love the color but I am not a big graphics guy. Going to work on the details for the scheme.
Hard part is that I am loving how things are turning out but I need to slow down and get things right.
Can’t wait to get the karata open primary installed I have done the mock up and it looks sick on the longer frame.

I saw it in person there wasn't any cracks and tapio drove it and no cracks. Lol
If the chrome is done right it should be fine.

Parts are boxed and ready to go, sport chrome is hands down the best I have used
I spoke with Curtis about using them they are very high priced. You could buy new for what the charged but their chrome work is by far the best o have used

I see that your sled has a ridiculously awesome flame job, and assume you want something different so what ideas are you thinking? And I agree that this is very exciting, but definitely take however long is necessary to get it right the first time. Got the quote back from sport chrome today. 695.00 to chrome the triple trees, controls and the motor mount.

Sent a request for estimates on paint to Deano’s in Mesa Arizona and cutting edge illusions in Eugene Oregon. I have looked all over California and just can’t seem to find any painters that I will use.
