Should line right up. Make sure you use new gaskets and don't get too torque crazy on the head studs--they can strip out of the head. Get it on and put both nuts on a few turns on both sides and then get the bracket on with the bolts. Basically you want to get it all in place with everything loose, and then torque down to spec the nuts on the heads and then the bracket. I like to put the head studs down finger tight and then two turns on each side working back and forth until it's tight. I'm sure there's a specific sequence but that's how i've always done it. Kind of working back and forth until both sides are tight and the bracket is still aligned.
Oh make sure you put some red loctite on the bracket bolts or use good washers/nylocks. They like to work themselves loose.
