That's just it, I took it appart and they aren't premarked on the plate at all.

If I remember correctly, if I flip it I think one of the original holes will be exposed, is that supposed to be like that?

My 08 was premarked. Quick work with a countersink bit and vertical it went. I like the look and it’s out of the way.

Yea, my 05 was like that and I loved it, can you see any of the original holes after you flipped it?

Yes, from the back side of the plate mount but I’ve never thought about it until now.

That is why I don't do it, I don't like that the holes will be show'n.

Ok, I ran to the shop and took some pictures.
This is the back side of my plate, that's been flipped.
And the plate side.

I am gonna go take my plate off and look at it, on your flipped one the sticker is covering the original holes isn't it?
Yea, but if the hole bother you, weld them up and polish it back out.

Well if i had a welder handy I would, unfortunetly I don't, can't I buy a plate that was vertical to start with and doesn't have holes in it?

I put clear bra on the back side to keep water out, the plate is on an angle anyway facing up

No offense buddy but I really don't wanna do that, just want it to be vertical with no holes showing if possible, or just leave it alone. On another note, I decided to do a little polishing this evening!
