Clutch problems

Yup , mot happy ! I had,a guy do work on this bike about a year ago on the clutch. Are those bolts suppose to have Loctite on them.

red loctite absolutely, it's a critical component that you never see.....20 ft/lbs

I was actually only missing one but the other three was so loose when I pulled it out it just fell right out

If your hub and bearing are good I might be able to save you some coin on replacing it, I have a back plate PM me if your interested.

Well, we know he doesn't believe in loctite... I wonder if he owns a torque wrench. Strip it... rebuild it.

Beat up a bit might be worth getting bwg56 used one why take the risk of doing the job more than once

The threads are part of the Outer Hub with basket, he only needs the bearing carrier and not the whole Carrier Assembly unless the Flanged hub and bearing are bad.

Everything else seemed good .i hopefully only have to replace that one thing

I have a 08 big dog mastiff .my clutch lever almost solid its real hard to pull back and clutch wont disengage need help to figure out whats going on

Not sure if this sounds crazy but i need one clutch plate .When my clutch came apart one clutch plate now looks like a saw blade
