Really trick job Bow Hunter. I have the 2.5" on my `06 K-9 but I didn`t have to do any of the mods that Ya`ll have mentioned. Good luck on the fabricator--these dayspeple want too much for too little.
Take Care

Hey guys, I have finally gotten the 4" plates back from my cousin. I have been so busy with taking care of my 81 year old parents and trying to run a business and getting ready for archery season, that I have not been able to get around to putting the plates on my bike.
It took my cousin forever, now I am dragging my feet on finding out if I correctly set-up the plates so that I have a final version from the beginning. I will update when I get the time to get the plates on my bike so that I can send the templates to Kaptin for the 4" kit.

Bohunter's dad passed awayed in Dec., as you can imagine he has been really busy.Steve has not installed his 4'' extenstions on his bike yet, but I believe that the Captain has all the templates for both the 4'' and 6'' forward controlds.

Very Nice job BowHunter!!!!!!

I would be interested in a set or the template too. I'm 6'5" and the 2" extension just don't cut it.

you should probably run over to the introductions and make a post and tell us a little about yourself. The forum rules suggest this be your first post. After that, others will be more inclined to chat with you. Welcome to the site.

3" and 5.5" kits are about a week away folks.

dmcustomachine.com

We are just wrapping up the final prototyping. Kits will be available beginning May 30th and we should have images on the site in a Couple of days. I currently have the 5.5" kit for the BD 2.5 over controls and I can tell you it is one wicked set up. Anyone seriously interested in these might want to get on the site as soon as they become available and order or you may have to wait awhile. The demand for these has grown tremendously.

Later folks

Of course we hit a small glitch when we realized that there are still two different frames being used out there.
Not an issue though we are quickly redesigning for the Rolling Thunder Frames and should have them available within the next two weeks.
I do have a question for those of you who will be purchasinng the kits.

How many of you would like to have their controls clocked the way Bowhunter has done his?

I am 6'-5" and have the 5.5" set on my 2006 K9 with the Daytec frame but I did not clock the controls as it would have put the shifter and brake pedal in the way for me, unlike Bow.

I ask because if it is a majority then I will design an alternate kit with the controls clocked otherwise I will leave them in the stock position.
If you guys could email me at dmcustomfab.com and give me your feedback it would be really helpful.
