Billet Aluminum Wheels..oxidation?

Is it at least turning black with mothers billet?

I've never seen aluminum get pitted like that, I've seen small nicks from dirt and Stone....are we sure it's not chrome? Cause wetsanding is no good

So feeling it, it is smooth, other than looks, you don't know it's there. I have been using #0000 steel wool with the aluminum cleaner, that prepped everything before using Mothers Mag and Aluminum, I have used the Billet one also but just with microfiber, the polish does turn black and I have went over it twice with mothers mini ball, it just seems to not do a damn thing, wheel gets shinny but those white dots and the black ones remain. I guess I will have to go the sanding route.

For neglected billet I used a two step polish with some success. Kinda pricey though.
