No turn signals or brake lights

Yesterday I had a new voltage regulator put on my 2003 Bulldog....on the ride home from the dealership the signal lights worked fine as far as I know. I stopped at a friends house on the way back and shut the bike off for about 30 min then we were going to go riding. When I started the bike both turn signal indicators came on and stayed on...I turned the ignition off and when I turned it back on the indicators were off and the turn signals don't work on the front or back and neither does the brake light...I checked all wires under the seat and could not find a problem...the only fuse I could find was a 3 amp which was good...is there another fuse somewhere if so where would it be located....any suggestions on what the problem may be and how to check it....Thanks Guys

On the '03, only the rear lights function as running lights, correct? So, the rear lights are on with the key on, but still no brake light or turn signal? I know a lot of shit gets blamed on the EHC, but this sure sounds like one of those times. I'll have to wait till I get home and look at Rocky's '03 wiring diagram to see if there are common grounds. I guess I should ask, are you still running the original EHC?

Sounds to me like the EHC unfortunately. I was having intermittent problems like this with my K9. I did all the troubleshooting in this forum except sending my EHC to Curtis. I replaced ignition, solenoids, speedo, fuses, relays, just about everything you can think of but nothing worked. I did not want to replace my EHC with another EHC. I used DeadOneCustoms.com ESC because is uses relays not the computer software which is old school but works every time. I wish you luck with solving your problem. Sometimes is not the EHC but sure sounds like it's going to me. Just sayin..

With a 4yr old thread, I'm betting the OP solved his trouble one way or the other, but, didnt bother to fill us in? DOC is an option as is WP. Jack, I suggest you do a full check of your wiring and get back with us. We could use a new thread that describes YOUR problems...just wanting to help.

If you're using the WP setup then it sounds like you have a bad switching module. I got rid of my WP and went to docs for that very reason. Never had a problem since
Me 2 calcpl.. Also seems like I don't have to tender as often either. If I ride once a week I don't even need the tender. How about you?

Nope no tender anymore, I haven't been able to ride it much but it sat for 2 weeks and started right up without needing anything or being on the tender at all so I don't think I'll ever need it again.

The wiring for the EHC is in the electrical portion of the manuals in this forum. You should be able to find them easily.

Got the same problem can't you bypass the wires to the ehc and hook up blinker relay? How much is a new ehc?
