2007 K9 Over fuelling (flooding)

I recently purchased a 2007 Bigdog K9 (117 S&S engine, super G carb) with supertrapp exhausts & a S&S Tuned Induction Air Cleaner Kit installed.

I can start the bike but within a few minutes it over fuels to the extent that fuel leaks (drips) from the lower air filter, the bike runs very rich, plugs are soot black and small amounts of black smoke come from the exhausts, the bike will not idle, runs lumpy and will only pick up if i open the throttle to around 2k RMP and above.

Prior to my purchase the bike had been stored for a few years, i have flushed the fuel system through, removed the carb bowl (found some very small debris), removed & cleaned the intermediate jet, main jet & main jet air bleed, put the carb back together and set the idle speed screw, idle mixture screw & accelerator pump adjustment screw to stock setting, i tried to tune the carb in but still had the fuel leaking from the intake, i didn’t want to carry on for risk of fire.

Any suggestions on how to move forward would be very much appreciated.
Cheers

Not going to resolve the fuel spilling but if the plugs are "soot black" and fouled, they need to be replaced since that will cause erratic running of the engine at lower rpms
