Well, I have been doing all the final placement of the wires and all the shrink tubing on all JST connectors, so far this is what it looks like, Oh and my 40 amp re-settable breaker took a crap on me so I found this bad boy at a local boat parts supplier, had to mover some stuff around but I think it works well!

If it wasn't for the fault light option I got with my ESC I would have never known that the breaker was bad until it died on the road somewhere! Money well spent! :whoop::old2:[/QUOTE]

Here's a few shots of the wiring along the lower frame rail, just about done now all I need is my right hand pcb to get here and it will be done!:chopper:

This was the hardest one to route since it's in between the shocks and oil lines, took a little time but worked out well!:old2:

Sweet, lets rub it in more, very clean install John,:old2: however, good news bad news right? get yourself some touch up paint for the bottom of the frame and slow down when you go over speed bumps,:sorry: just bustin on ya:oldlaugh:

"If it wasn't for the fault light option I got with my ESC" What are you reffering too? I thought all the TH modules are the same?

The fault light option with the ESC system uses the low oil light on the speedo for double duty, low oil light or charging system problem. Pretty damn kool if you ask me:old2:

I read about it, must be piggy backed through the wiring, since all the TH modules are the same. (I think)?

I just finished installing the faulty pcb right hand switch out last night, took it out for a ride and everything works perfectly!
This is an awesome system and would recommend it to everyone! And yes that fault light is bad ass! It is so nice knowing as I am riding along that my charging system is working properly! Peace of mind for sure, and only for an additional $75! Money very well spent for sure! I am so glad to be rid of my EHC and not be wondering when it's gonna crap out on me, this is the best upgrade that I have done yet!

The ESC and RIP both use the TH-MHC as the control module, they just add all the connectors to plug and play to the bike.

:whoop:I don't know what the hell is different or why it runs better but the damn thing is bad ass! I was at a light last night and this dude next to me looks at me and says, "That bike is beautiful and sounds unbelievable!" that was nice to hear instead of "hey do you need some help!" Lol! :oldlaugh: Also it starts like never before! When I hit the run/start button now it spins the motor easily! I am not using a tender at all and as soon as it fires up the fault light slowly goes out telling me all is good! I love that option, knowing that my charging system is good is pricless!:whoop: Now when I through my leg over my bike and turn the key on I don't have a doubt that it's gonna fire up and work perfectly! Another issue is not worrying about my headlight failing at night, the ESC comes with a complete new harness all the way to the headlight and has a ceramic plug in for the headlight! All in all I would recommend this system to you all, having the peace of mind knowing it's not gonna crap out on you is awesome!:old2: I am leaving for Street Vibrations this morning and have no doubt it's gonna run great!:chopper::cheers:

Well, got the word that my EHC is good, but there were some major electrical failures, so Curtis is wiping it clean and re-loading it and I am checking all my wiring for bad connections, as you can see the solenoid connection was not good, anyway I am gonna re-install my EHC and change one other thing, I don't want to be at the mercy of the EHC anymore, so I am gonna do what I did to my 05 Bulldog some years ago, I am bypassing the EHC and powering my ignition right from the battery! Then I am installing a slam button so I will always be able to start it! Even if the EHC fails, I will be able to get home, anyway here's how I am doing it, the toggle switch is replacing the old key switch to power the lights, speedo, etc....

First you need to pic up a few supplies!

I removed the battery box so I could access the starter, if I wasn't installing the slam button I would not have done this.

Next I have been checking all my connections with my Multi-Meter and visually, looks like one of the terminals on the starter was damaged and had a lot of corrosion on it!

This is how it should look!

I removed the damaged one and hopefully Curtis can get me a new one or I am gonna have to figure something out, maybe the harley shop might have something similar?

Ok, enough of the starter b.s., lets get on to the "old school wiring!" Haha! Here is the toggle switch after I mounted it under my coil, I used a thick piece of plasted to mount it, did not want to use anything that might conduct elec., probably don't matter but that's what I had around the house to use, I know it's fucking "blue" Ker! Lol!

The wires are connected to the original key switch wires.

You see the new key switch is installed also, that thing fit perfectly Ker! Just like it was made for the bike!

Next I crimped some connectors to the wires so I could remove the coil cover without cutting wires!

Now I ran the two wires up the backbone and out were the original wires are and put the same connectors on the ends.

A litte shrink tubing cleaned things up nicely!

Next I mounted the coil cover!

That key looks good don't it Ker! And it's cheap! As you can see the toggle switch is not visible unless you really get down and look up under there, but is really easy to access.

Ok, that's done, I am ready to head to the battery box and do a little work, here is the other end of the postive power I am pulling directly from the battery, that's a 15 amp fuse in there also, see the wire shield I put on there, it was the old VR shielding that I saved, works and looks great!

Well, that's it for now until my ehc and slam button show up! Also just for shits and giggles I did a test on all the connections with the M.M. and everything was good!
I plan on doing this same set up on my 2004 mastiff! Can u message me the photos you shared?
