Auto Zone Spa Towels above (white) are the best, when polishing the billet, I apply using this cloth and take off with a clean one, great luster...no micro scratches whatsoever.....just have to make sure they are clean prior to use.

It's all I use now... but be sure to remove any tags and all of it. Those will leave scratches too.

I wish Biker Babe or someone else would offer these the right microfiber towels so I don't have to think about getting the wrong blend.
