Here is theory. I have a 14 amp hour battery size as opposed to a 12ah battery. I take the decimal point and move it right. I now know I need a 1.4 amp hour battery charger as opposed to a 1.2ah batter charger rate for a 14ah rate and that rate is to charge the 14ah battery for literally 14 hours with a 1.4ah battery charger. Not a 1.2ah battery charger.

Batteries and chargers are a balanced match. There is more to battery charging you should know is to prep a new battery before service.

i took it off looked over bike nothing no wiring is good ... fire it up and it runs..... ride around the nieghborhood for fiftteen minutes no problems
Didn't that wtf you about not needing to jet the carb or clean it or check fuel delivery? I think it is not fuel related, right? Think about the 'wtf'

But when i ride after shifting in second if i stay at a steady throttle it has a chug or pull like i need to pull in clutch to keep it running is that a clutch adjustment i have to do
What is the bike's charging rate? At idle, you should see about 14.1v at an ohm meter, you set dial to 20v and touch both (+/-) posts to find if the bike is charging.

Sounds like you are drawing down that battery fast. No charge to get it back up or the battery is key put when you put the key on?
