A lot of batteries come from the same place and are just labeled differently, it's no different with Yuasa. That battery is the same one as the Interstate CYTX20HL-BS that Big Dog uses as the STOCK battery now that some swear by. Yuasa is also sold as GS and under a few other names like Westco as well. Yuasa was the stock battery brand in my previous ride and those owners all found that if you had to replace it before 4 years was up then you very likely had some other issues that caused it. Sure, there are slightly better options that still fit but nobody ever had issues with the quality or life of them.

So I bought the Braille B2015 last month and it worked great, MUCH better starts then the stock Interstate. Anyway, last week I had some "issues" with the Wolf (the starter crapped out on me, etc) and somewhere in the process it ruined a cell or more in my brand new battery. The bad news is that my dealer was a huge ass about me having the nerve to mod my bike so much as upgrading the battery and he threatened to not cover anything under warranty and, of course, the Braille wouldn't be replaced and I had to produce the Interstate for him to send back. The good news however is that I called Braille (941-312-5047) and was told to simply answer their email with a few questions and they'd ship me one out within a day or two and I can send mine back afterwards. Pretty quick and easy. I bought mine from HRPWorld.com by the way and they were willing to replace it as well but were going to go through Braille anyway. Just nice to see someone actually standing behind a product after the way both my dealers have been.

Last week I got my Braille battery... cause my agm HD was dying... cant decide to go on Big Boar or Braille, cause all the threads here.

I ask allhall and chopper dave about the Braille and both told me it was a real powerful battery, HD was $110, Big Boar $155 and the Braille $149 (the carbon fiber version wasnt in stock, 18-21 days for shipping, besides no one looks under my seat) !!!

braille was my choice, and .............. BINGO!!! Real power, the dog starts like 1/4 of the time it used before, even the cranking feels stronger.

A++++++++++++++++++.

You guys make sure to post up here if you have starter trouble after replacing your battery please. My dealer seems to be under the impression that even though the BDM starters are prone to problems that my using the Braille might have caused my starter to go bad somehow.

It sure worked better for me as well but my dealer is under the impression that you have to be an engineer to make such a crazy "assumption". Me hearing it start right up without the straining and other problems of the stock battery isn't sufficient enough of a difference in his opinion.

My bike is a 2004 and it still has the original starter and I have been running the braille so far this whole season with no issues at all.
