Need Help Please.....

Ok, I got my new twisted wires in and installed them on my 05' pitbull. Everything seemed ok untill about 2 miles down the road. Then the bike completely loses all power. I proceeded to pull over, turn key off, then back on. I got power back, started right back up. At this point i had no head light or bright light toggle, had no left blinker, and horn did not work. Right blinker only function that worked correctly. My RPM's and speedo seem to be doing fine, no warning lights. Get back home, install stock wires. Headlight works, but no brightlight option and left binker and horn still not working. Any Ideas, thanks.

I'm missing something here. Where do the twisted wires go headlight?
Are you also referring to the high beam when u say bright light?

I think he may be referring to plug wires?

Thanks guys for the input. I was talking about my plug wires. I was trying to explain what i was going through from reading past posts on issues with new plug wires and having issues with lights, horn, etc. Anyways, plug wires turned out good and i replaced stock grips with the trible chrome grips and noticed that the plug harnessed had come apart on the left side housing from where the lights, bright lights, and horn buttons are. I just thought it was a coincidence that when i plugged my new Twisted plug wires up, that nothing worked on the left side was from a grounding issue or any wiring issues like i said from reading past posts. Still shook my head for a few days until my new grips came in. Thanks again.

That is what kept me from buying a set until today. After reading up on the posts I called Taylor wire and spoke with Pat Dwyer who was aware with the issues some people have been having with standard spiral coil wires on our pups. I ended up purchasing the carbon inlay wire which is there 8mm Pro Wire Resistor Core. Paid $29.99 plus shipping. This should eliminate any potential electrical issues.... I HOPE !!!! If anyone is interested the phone # is 1-800-821-3600.
