Question ECM Module

I have an 03 Mastiff, I was charging the battery one day and heard a "POP" Can not find anything physically damaged and the bike runs good! the only problem is that I have no turn signal lights or brake lights! The running lights work fine! I was told that it is the ECM module and that is usually the first thing that fails in the module. I have looked on the web for a replacement module BD4030-1B with no success. I have also talked to a few bike shops that recommend rewiring the bike. I also had someone tell me to buy a brake/turn signal module from JP Cycle and rewire that part only of the bike. I do not have a Technical manual for this bike! Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do??

Uh Oh!!! Disregard the link. The electrical portion isn't there for some reason. It doesn't sound to me that it could be the ECM just yet seeing that it's only turn signals and brake lights.

You can go to the link I posted up for you and got to the 03 service manual, download the file and down at the bottom there will be (3) electrical drawings. It would be easier if you can check connections with a meter to see if you have power going/coming out of the appropriate connections that would go to your signal and brake lights.

Does your bike have LED or regular bulbs for lighting?
