Over 5wks and still no Wire-Plus!!!!!

So I ordered my Wire-Plus kit over 5 weeks ago. I've sent two emails with no response and tried calling several times. Always get the busy tone!! Anybody know what's going on? I'm giving it till the end of this month then I'm re-wiring the whole damn bike and changing out the controls. I haven't been running since end of last season.
Sorry,
Needed to vent.
Thanks

What about aPDM? Of course long wait for those also.

Worst case if you rewire you can keep your controls and use relays for switching function.

Just run the signal ground through the hand control switches.

Once Don Bromlow left Wires Plus it became a big cluster ****. I ordered 3 units, waited forever for them (Jake was a huge help to me on that) and once I got them, all 3 had bad handlebar module thingies (very technical term) and I had to send them back for them to fix--waiting another few weeks. Luckily the customers were understanding, but very frustrating on both ends. One of the girls at Wire-Plus told me that Don was going to come in on a part-time basis to train them and get things back on track, but it doesn't sound like it is happening...it's a shame because it was a very good product!

Maybe because they have no dependable product?

I just got an email from them. They tell me it's going to be another 2-3 weeks before ship. I am PISSED!! I am giving it the weekend to think things over. But Im pretty sure it's going to be a complete re-wire now. This btw is the first contact I've had from them since paying my money. Hey! It's Miller time!
