Yep thats a good deal. 40 MPG not bad for the power. Best part stretched frame.

The question of the day is...Would it fit in a K9?

...not without chopping the frame, adding ~ 3 inches and changing the motor mounts.

Guy's stay far far away from the X-Wedge. It has been nothing but a headache for me, as a matter of fact it is in the shop now for the 3rd time and I only have 4000 miles on it . And it doesn't get 40 mpg more like 30. I spoke to 3 different dealers and they all told me the S&S is considering fazing them out.

Chacha the first problem was a defect in a rocker gasket that caused a bad oil leak, then there was an overheating problem and now the timing belt is shot.
Don't get me wrong I love the way the bike rides and handles. Just hate feeling like a guinea pig!!!!

Denny that's because BDM wants S&S to cover it. So the bike will just sit at the shop till one of them ponies up. S&S just agreed to pay for mine after 3 1/2 weeks. Good luck ..... Here you can borrow my wall

We all have different experiences with shit. I have 12K on mine with no problems at all. Had some other problems with the bike, but not the motor. I get 45MPG with mine during normal riding, but I usually ride the piss out of it. Sorry to hear you guys are having issues.

The sensor is only $120. The first two week BDM wouldn't answer back the dealer calls and e-mails (at least that what the people at the shop was telling me). So I called BDM and had them to contact the dealer (problem fix in 2 day) , and since then I'm here waiting for the part that obviosly it is on back order. Anyway it seems that the sensor is on his way and by today or tomorrow the dealer should get it. There is any law out there that protect the costumer for situation like that?
