Comfort wise...the forward control extensions. Nuisance eliminating wise-replacing the speedo. It is fantastic to not have a speedometer fogging up!

And I won't have to change a thing
Hi. My name is DJ and I'm a Chromeoholic.

After years of owning harleys and never being satisfied with the way it came from the factory, add the chrome, add the fat tire, fatten up the motor, change the rake, etc. etc. etc.

There it was.

When I walked into the showroom and saw the Black Mono K-9 w/chrome package I thought WOW look at that. 117ci, 6 speed Baker 300 avon tire and all that chrome I WON'T HAVE TO CHANGE A THING.........................
Just upgrade to the VH exhaust and that's all it will need. Well that and the S&S intake but that's it, not going that route again. Just gunna put a oil cooler on it to protect the engine no wait two coolers and a ness gauge to monitor things but that's it no more this is nuts.
So as i'm sitting on the ostrich seat stretchin' out to the 2.5" extension, hangin on to the XO grips & pegs lookin in the ness mirrors listing to the belt whine of the 4" karata I realize.

I am an ADDICT.

The best was a Wide Band Fuel Management system on the EFI bike and eliminating the EHC with a Thunderheart system. That on the electronic side.

On the Motor side of things being a 656 lift cam, bump in the compression and John Sachs doing the head work.

For looks the chrome rims did the job and extended controls. The cruise mate was up there too.

I wish I had music...
I think I am going to try a set of throw over leather bags too on the rear for temp storage...

My best mod was ripping all the Kalifornia emissions sh!t off the bike and changing the air intake. It made the bike come alive. Due to finances, a wife, and a tricked out Harley, I haven't done much more.

Besides the usual mods for passenger ....

2-up seat, chromed the front fender brackets, 2-2 V&H with BTC quiet baffels in addition to the stock V&H baffles, Ness Rad II mirrors, Adjure Black Dot headlight lens, HD smoked turn signal visors....

Upcoming mods...cam, roller rockers, update EFI, more chrome,

Maybe trainguy could start a twelve step program

I added a progressive air ride to my Mastiff and it has been the best improvement. I don't know how you hard tail guys can take that beating

got a lot of mods but the best has got to be dumping the TH ignition and installing a dyna2KI.

bike spins over like a top even in frigid weather.

plus i still have the original ehc and none of the "dielectric grease and wrap every connector" crap!

ride in shit weather and wash with simple green and a power washer.

granted my (recalled) VR went and battery lived its life but none of that zombie electrical crap that you hear about.
