PSI or the XXX ?

Looking on here there are some of you going with the XXX and some with the PSI carb. Give me some advantages and disadvantages on the carbs you have tried.

I guess that would be over a stock carb? I have a S&S with a thunder jet and can't see it gaining that much more.

Is the 91hp and 101 torque before carb and no other work?

I'd go with the XXX myself, seems like more bang for the buck.

the 91hp/101lbs is box stock. On a Dyno-Jet dyno. It was 93* on a nice fall day, 2700ft elevation, 11% humidity, 27.88 barmatric pressure. Air/Fuel was running a touch lean on the top end. SAE: 1.08

so when you get it running and get it dyno'd will the carb be the only upgrade. just trying to see what that carb makes with a before and an after dyno run.

the 91hp / 101lbs is box stock. The Dyno is a DynoJet. It was a Fall Day. Temp was 93 degrees, Elevation of 2700ft, 11% humidity, 27.88 barmatric pressure, SAE: 1.08 Air/Fuel was running a little lean on the top end. 3 runs,, all within a fraction of eachother. At that time, i had about 800 miles on it.

Yes,, the only difference will the CARB. a few more miles,, and of course the Temp/Humidity/Barmetric Pressure. But those can be all calculated afterwards to give same day numbers.

I'm trying to figure out if switching to the taz carb from XXX would I gain more than what I have. And then seeing the PSI well I'm not sure now. But I see xxx is cheaper.
