K&N Air Filter

Anyone have the P/N handy for the K&N that fits the stock air box?
I tried search, but too many short words I guess... I know I've seen it here before.

#3226. Don't forget to cut off/relieve the tab on the backing plate as the instructions tell you for a good tight seal.

What Ray said, and you can usually order one from anyone that sells K&N products like Advance Auto or AutoZone and save yourself some money$$$

SGrind, no worries, on the back plate I believe it's on the left side as you are facing your aircleaner there is a tab that sticks out which prevents the filter element from sitting flat against the back plate. take a dremmel or a grinder with a cutoff wheel and take it off and grind it smooth.

you will be good to go.

TRIED TO GO TO PARTS STORE TO ORDER K&N AIR FILTER GAVE THEM PART # 3226 THEY TOLD ME NOT A GOOD NUMBER WHERE WILL THIS NUMBER BE GOOD AT ?
